Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for approved returns meeting our return conditions. To qualify, items must be:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unused with original tags attached
- Returned in intact original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Section 02
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on payment provider and financial institution.
Section 03
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Innerwear
- Swimwear
- Customized items
- Sale or clearance products
- Worn or washed items
Section 04
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must report defective items within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved cases are refunded or replaced at our discretion.
Section 05
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Section 06
Cancellation Refunds
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Approved cancellations are refunded via the original payment method. Processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
